Resiliencebegins in the RADIANCE Community on October 22 thru November 20 It is an opportunity to prepare physically, mentally and emotionally by choosing 3 different goals in these 3 areas over a 30 day period. You will join with other women in a dedicated learning environment, with coaching from Life Design Coach, Dr. Lesley Jackson.
We are living in unprecedented times which are creating a tremendous amount of uncertainty and stress. It is important that we ground ourselves and prepare with confidence. Over the next 30 Days You will take action! By focusing on goals and commitments that will build fortitude and resilience that will not only be of positive benefit to you, but your family for the months to come!
PHASE 1: Physical Well-Being Begins October 22 through October 31 Includes selecting a goal focused on your physical wellbeing. You could choose 10 days of clean eating, or exercising, or creating a relaxation routine . .. it's Your choice! You will be guided through the first 10 days by Dr. Lesley Jackson which commences with a Group Zoom call on October 22 at 6:30pm.
PHASE II:Emergency Preparedness Begins November 1 through November 10 Includes selecting a goal focused on emergency preparedness as we consider our needs during this Pandemic and/or the impending Winter season. For example, you may choose to focus on stocking pantry, creating emergency bag or checklist, decluttering or checking the smoke alarms etc. Once again you choose the project or commitment to engage for 10 days. Phase 2 commences with a call on Sunday, November 1 at 6:30pm via Zoom led by Dr. Lesley Jackson
PHASE III:Mental & Emotional Well-being Begins November 11 through November 20 We will focus on our mental and emotional wellbeing. You will choose a commitment which could include a self-care assessment, engagement in a spiritual practice, or any number of activities that will enhance your capacity to be resilient in uncertain times. Phase 3 begins with a group Zoom call on November 11 at 6:30pm led by Dr. Lesley Jackson.
