  • Dress in comfortable clothing
  • You may bring a pillow for seating if desired
  • Bring a journal/pad of paper and writing utensil
  • Phones, Tech, and Devices will not be used/allowed for the sake of the retreat experience.
  • Be prepared to tune in to yourself
  • We require participants have current vaccinations etc and consideration for proper masking as appropriate to maximize health and safety for all.
